During the fourth quarter of 2021, the performance of the top free-to-play games in Finland showed diverse trends across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at how each of the top five games fared.

Clash Mini by Supercell saw a significant number of downloads initially, peaking at 278.7K in the week of November 8th. However, downloads dropped sharply to 1.3K by the end of December. Revenue followed a similar trend, starting at approximately $47.4K in early November and declining to around $2.9K by the end of December. Active users also decreased over the quarter, from 247.4K in early November to 52.8K in late December.

For Slotomania™ Slots Machine Game by Playtika LTD, weekly revenue remained relatively stable, fluctuating between $2.8K and $4K throughout Q4. Downloads peaked at 14.2K in early November but dropped to 5.9K by the end of December. Active users showed a similar trend, with a peak of 32.3K in early November and a decrease to 26.9K by the end of December.

Teen Patti Gold-Poker & Rummy from Moonfrog experienced relatively stable revenue, hovering around $20 weekly with slight increases to $33 in mid-December. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 13.7K in late September and dropping to around 7.7K by late December. Active users saw a slight decline from 65.4K in late September to 53.3K by the end of December.

Roni the Miner by Johannes Linnama, which was released at the end of November, had a strong start with 56.1K downloads in its first week. However, downloads fell to 1.8K by the end of December. Revenue also saw a decline from $2.2K at launch to $474 by the end of the year.

Finally, Rocket League Sideswipe by Psyonix LLC, released in late November, saw a strong increase in downloads, peaking at approximately 15.7K in early December before declining to 5.3K by the end of the month. Active users grew significantly from 272 in mid-November to 40.7K by mid-December, ending the year at 33K.
